T.k. Why did you contact 'yogi' for assistance with PC Matic? PC Matic support is available at no cost 7 days a week.
I tried pcmatic and it never returned my computer to normal. The laptop is still hung up and will not work. I called yogi and they want to sell something in addition to my yearly contract. Pcmatic did refund my money but my laptop is still useless.
