  1. Why is Super shield running only in compatibility mode? Running the trouble-shooter reports it as fixed yet it still is shows running in compatibility mode.

  2. i love the new upgrade and am very happy with it…my concern has to do with your super shield blocking sites that i have been using for years on windows 7, 8, 8.1 and now 10….and the enhanced shield blocks many from accessing items i need to let them use in order for me to use their product..i have tried unsuccesfully to find where i can enter all the sites i acces..but wouldn't it be much easier since u have access to my address, etc to just copy what i am now allowing and then in the future we can add new sites as required..8+ yrs of internet use is alot of sites..but many i no longer access….maybe just the ones that i have been accessing ever since i have been a subscriber to your service

  3. Windows10 screwed my computer up big time. Started freezing up on me, lost programs that I’ve paid hard to get money for, when contacted Microsoft support they did a manufacturer system check on it and informed me that it’s not on the list of acceptance test for the new Windows. So they started to do a roll back and next thing I know after doing a reboot it wouldn’t even load up the startup and when tried to automatically repair it was unable to. Took it to Microsoft store and get them to repair it. They told me my hard drive was damaged and the chip over heating. So I brought it back home, now my keyboard and mouse function is gone. And I took off the back and manually reinstall Windows. But still no keyboard or mouse function, just the touch screen part
