PC Matic Customers — Have You Updated Your Personal Information Recently?
The answer is, probably not. Often times we don’t think much about it, if we even think about it at all. The personal data within your PC Matic profile likely won’t change too much; however, at times people need to update their email address or password and aren’t certain how to do so, or where to go to update it. Follow the instructions below to access and update your personal data within the PC Matic user interface.
- Log into PC Matic.
- Once logged in, at the top of the screen you will see your name, email address, license number, expiration date, and the word “(Edit)”. Click on “(Edit)”.
- This will bring up the screen below. From here you can update your name, email address, password, specify gender and year of birth, and also share show you heard about the program.
- Once you are done updating your information, click “Modify” to save the changes made.

I have logged in and am brought to a page that says my name, product key, license, etc, but there is no “edit” on the page. I need to change my email as i’ve left the company I was at and it is no longer operational….

Raymond, the Edit button should be right under your Expiration date at the top of PC Matic. If you can’t find it, you can also change account information here – https://cart.pcpitstop.com/update.asp
I have filled out form for support 4 times in 5 days and have heard nothing I cant remember password and it keeps saying check email and nothing is showing up?
Hi Judy — We have responded to your helpdesk tickets, but I think it is clear they are getting lost along the way. We sincerely apologize about this issue. I just escalated your helpdesk tickets, asking for a technician to respond from their personal email account, as the issue appears to be with the helpdesk email. You should be hearing something soon.

Still have heard nothing and now telling me im unlicensed no I have membership for life be nice if someone gets back with me to get all this fixed dont even now if its keeping viruses out of my computer

You rely on only one email address? no alternates or mobile phone numbers?
You can provide an alternate email address for your scan results to be sent to. However, your PC Matic account will have the primary email address as the one located within the “Edit” field.
I had a subscription to PC Matic. but it has disappeared from my menu. I am not sure what happened to it. How do I get it back?
Albert, you can re-download PC Matic from http://www.pcmatic.com by clicking on the free button. After installing just login with your email and password used for purchase previously.
