  1. I’ve had issues all day. some have been resolved. Since only contact is email I’ve waited up to 30 minutes for a response. My last issue was not being able to access Word. The reply I got which I asked PCM to check was, “since you allowed another (program, anit-virus) company to have access, contact them. I was asking PCM if this would be a good choice. That is a shitty response. I pay PCM to take care of my computer as you advertise. Please help

    • Hi Stan, it looks like the last response from our team which was about 2 hours after you posted this comment was letting you know everything should be resolved. They also were not telling you to contact someone else for support since you allowed them access, our team wanted to let you know that you were most likely scammed by tech support scammers if you paid to allow remote access to your machine. If the recent fix did not solve your problem, please reply to the ticket you have open with our team. Thank you
